Australia Post is currently experiencing issues with print labels that may impact some Starshipit users. Please see their status page for more information: https://status.developers.auspost.com.au/
In the meantime you can have Starshipit generate domestic labels for eParcel only by disabling the below settings in Settings > Couriers > Australia Post > Advanced:
- Let AusPost generate domestic labels
- Use branded A6 labels for Express
Australia Post labels are now generating as normal. If you see an error or have concerns please raise it with our support team on support@starshipit.com.
